Synesthesia

is the topic we will be looking at this semester

Synesthesia means simply the layering of the senses

To start us of in the unit Mrs Vincent got us to start using our senses and become aware that they are all interconnected. So she played some music and we had to move the music around the room. we then had to translate that movement we made with our body into line work and colour. So we used elements of art to portray our senses. Her are the results of these experiments. 

  

these experiments were done using coloured pastels (depending on the colour that we saw in the music)
