Plan for my piece..

This image shows the types of media i am planning on using for my doll in each square.

The materials i am using are: Water colour crayons, gesso, tissue paper, pencil, ink, wax, scheelack, oil-pastels, brown drawing pencil, water colours, oil sticks, graphite, oil pastels, charcoal, tar, turps, modelling paste, contae, newsprint and white pencil.

I think that planning out the placement before i began helped me see the layout and the overall composition of the work.

The colour scheme that i have chosen is one of earthly colours with tints and shades of pink and purple to create unity throughout the squares.

My progress is coming also very well because of my planning as i havent had to stop and think ok what am i doing now and will it work.

I have two square to go which works out marvelously as the piece is due on thursday..
