Final square....

This is the central square for my piece and it is last one i have to complete and then i am finished.I have used modeling paste for the last collar and applied cream contae over the top. The solid fabric collarwas created with brown water colour crayons and pencils along with the brown drawing pencil to create the shadow and gesso was used to create the collars highlights. Modeling paste, ink and graphite have been used on the lips. I am nearly compleated the square just the face and shirt remain. This square to longer then i thought as there was more detail in the collar then i have expected i am quite pleased with how it is coming along and i am glad we have the extra few days to work on it, as i dont have to rush it i can finish at a nice pace and not feel that i havent done my best.Ill upload an image that i took of where i was a few days ago i hope you like it...
xxxx

Im just adding in to this post a picture of this finished square, on top on the modeling paste and contae i added more modeling paste but stenciled on, using lace and like squishing it though.
I am really pleased with how it turned out, it just needing that extra dimension to seperate it from the collar. I am really pround of my nose as i am not usually very fine with a paint bush but luck was on my side and it turn out perfect.
 That is all xxx
