My Doll

For our major piece in our body of work for this term we are drawing a doll using different types of media and techniques. We had to draw our mixed media paper into a grid and then inlarge our doll onto it but still mantaining proportion and reality. Once there we have to decide what media to use in the altering sqares. The different media that could be used are tar, gesso, contay carons, charcoal, graphite, watercolours, modelling paste, shellac and many more wounderfull conbaniations. So far i have completed two squares one using graphite, charcoal, gesso and tar. And the other using the water colour pencils and putting a water wash over the top. I am happy with my progress and i look forward to see the compleated piece as the ones that were done in the past using the wrapped objects look fantastic. I will but up some images soon of how i am progressing so far.
